When we run at Montereycillo it's always like it's for the first time. Montereycillo never dissappoints. Aside from the beauty and nature the most memorable thing from today's run was Patrick. Patrick was like a kid at Christmas - he was so psyched by the scenery/nature that we were running through.
Highlights:
Those crazy grasshoppers that have no hop (strugglehoppers)
The Stick Insect - I couldn't decide if it was alive or I was crazy

I love the bird nests nestled in the cactus - these are cylindrical nests, kind of strange nests
Strugglehoppers - beautiful but movement challenged
no run is complete without pictures of flowers
So, we stopped to look at strugglehoppers and I thought I saw something move. I thought I was seeing something - but no, this is a living creature that looks like a twig - freeking weird.
