So last Saturday Pat, Jen and I went to Monterreycillo to run - we did a new loop (I did it once 2 years ago).  It was amazing - first the views were awesome and second, it's spring so the flowers are coming out.  It was a tough loop with substantial elevation gain.  I call it the OXXO loop.  For some reason there is an abondanded non finished building which has been named OXXO by the local runners.  For those of you not living in Mexico OXXO is the ubiquitous convenience store of Mexico.  For some reason I never took a picture of the "OXXO", but this loop goes by this building.

This weekend Benny and I are climbing "Cerro de la Silla" in Monterrey - I might die.  Wikipedia (the definitive source of everything, ok, but it is a good source for things like this 😏) says it's 5.3 km up to the top and takes 3 hours - yikes.
