Black River Waterfall Run

What do the mean by "avoid over exertion"

Wow but it's been a long while since I wrote - not since Benny and I did la silla in Monterrey Mexico last March.

It was a beautiful day today, low to mid 60's, sunny and no wind.  I parked at Black River Harbor and ran the North Country Trail to the south.  I chose this so that I ran uphill before I turned around.  I visited all 5 waterfalls on the out and skipped them on the way back, for a total of 12.5km.  The waterfalls all involved stairs so I did (I counted them but may be off by a few) 490 stairs, I wonder why my legs are beat?

All I ever saw of these flowers were the underside - weird

Most of the trail is gnarly with roots and rocks and looked nothing like this.  There are however a few easy sections to run.

The following short video clips are of the waterfalls.
